Williamson 13yo - Living Souls

This "Williamson" is a 13-year-old Islay blended malt, matured in refill casks. It's a "teaspooned" whisky, which just means a tiny bit of another whisky was added. The result is a dram that feels like a windswept, misty beach campfire. You'll catch scents of smoked almonds and bright lemon with a briny touch of iodine. On the palate, that same blend of smoke and citrus captures the wild, untamed coastline.

Bottled at 48%vol, non chill filtered & natural colour.
