Westie Sponge Two continues the Decadent Drinks exploration of single malts from the Western Highlands and Islands.

This small-batch bottling showcases a 5-year-old spirit from the Isle of Raasay distillery, born in 2018. They have artfully married a refill hogshead with a first-fill bourbon barrel, both from 2018, achieving a perfect balance of richness and sweetness while allowing the unique distillate character to shine through.

Expect notes of wax, coastal air, vibrant citrus fruits, and a hint of delicate peat bottled at 57.1% abv.
