Mannochmore 12 year old - North Star

This 12 year old single malt is part of cask series 23 from North Start Spirits. 

Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2023, matured in a Red Wine Barrique. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 54% vol, non chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose - Strawberry Jam, dried Apricot in blossom honey. 

Palate - Thick, sweet, juicy and bursting with berries. 

Finish - Sweet desert finish with berries and pastry
