The Fallow Edition from Lochlea is always the most popular release in the series.

Fallow Edition (Third Crop) is part of the final set of four limited editions, marking the end of their Seasonal trilogy.

For this release the Lochlea spirit is matured in fresh 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, the liquid in this release is one year older than the 2023 Edition.

The different cask makeup highlights the distillery’s progression as the last in the popular sherry casks.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delightful baked apple and sweet dates.

Palate: Manuka honey and nutty fresh malted bread.

Finish: Rich buttery sandalwood oils and mixed peppercorns
