This bottling is truly special,  the Lindores Single Cask UK Exclusive.

This isn't just another bottle; it's a unique experiment that turned out absolutely brilliant.

As you might know, Lindores is all about un-peated spirit. But to shake things up, they took their signature fruity new make and filled it into a very special cask.

This wasn't just any barrel—it had a fascinating past, first maturing Caribbean rum, and then heading to Islay to be filled with peated whisky. After a number years of slumber, the result is an exceptional single malt with a captivating character.

With only 231 bottles available, this is an extremely limited release, exclusively for a select few UK retailers. We were lucky enough to get a small allocation, and we're excited to share it with you.

Tasting Notes

Nose - Hints of floral heather, and sweet toffee apples balanced with a subtle wisp of earthy peat smoke.

Palate - Rich and complex with notes of cinnamon and muscovado sugar, leading to elegant, coastal, and maritime tones.

Finish: A beautiful, soft texture that lingers on the palate.

Bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV, this is a complex and silky-soft whisky that could only be Lindores. Don't wait too long, as these are sure to disappear fast!
