It is matured this whisky exclusively in bourbon barrels, and we think the result speaks for itself.

The spirit takes to the bourbon casks beautifully, giving it an inviting, well-rounded character that's enjoyable from the very first sip.

It's bottled at a comfortable 49.4% and is non-chill filtered, so you can enjoy all the natural flavour.

Tasting Notes

Nose - Mellow vanilla, fruity, and buttery with hints of citrus and a touch of pepper.

Palate - Delicious vanilla mixed with orchard fruits like green apples, followed by peppercorns, leading to a lingering finish.

Finish - A pleasant, long finish with notes of vanilla and sweet apple.
