We are thrilled to offer this rare, powerful single cask release from one of the two legendary distilleries on the Orkney archipelago—the island's only producer of lightly peated spirit.

Distilled on November 11th, 2013, and bottled on March 14th, 2025, this unique 11-Year-Old malt was matured exclusively in a First Fill Bourbon Barrel (#1001).

This full maturation expertly enhances the distillery's famous heather honey character with intense layers of sweetness and vanilla. Bottled at a mighty natural cask strength of 63.6% ABV, this is a truly vibrant and unreduced dram.
