Nose - A typically zesty introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla.

Palate - There is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta.

Finish - Sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
