This exceptional single malt is matured in a meticulously selected combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, along with virgin oak, which imparts a rich and complex character.

Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural color, it's a whisky that showcases quality and integrity in every drop.

Tasting Notes

Rich aromas of dark chocolate, treacle, and heather honey lead to a beautifully balanced and full-bodied palate.

Flavors of marzipan, orchard fruits, and butterscotch are complemented by warming mocha, grated nutmeg, and a gentle sherry influence, culminating in a long, smooth, and satisfyingly warm finish with lingering sweet spice and oak.
