Glenallachie single cask offerings are always in high demand. 

This release is part of series 23 from North Start Spirits. 

Distilled in July 2012, matured in an Oloroso Sherry butt and bottled in September 2023 and bottled at a cask strength of 56.5%vol. Non chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose - Crème Brûlée, rich oak & ex-sherry notes. 

Palate - Big, very big. Think “Andre the Giant” big.
