Drams, Dinner, Distilleries and Discussion with Dave Stirk

This event is an opportunity to explore some of Scotland's newer whisky distilleries with the man who wrote the book on them.

With a huge number of  whisky distilleries built in Scotland in recent years, Dave's book "Pioneering Spirits" is a tour of Scotland's 21st Century Whisky Distilleries.

Dave has spent over two decades in the whisky industry in a number of roles from hosting tastings, independent bottling and whisky writing.

Before dinner Dave will talk us through four drams from four different distilleries.

A dinner of Scottish featherblade of beef, marinated in red wine, will be served to line the stomachs in preparation for the second half of the evening.

(Those with dietary requirements will be offered alternatives)

After dinner we will have four more drams from four other distilleries, with Dave giving some behind the scenes information and insights.

Your ticket includes 8 drams, dinner, as well as a copy of "Pioneering Spirits".
