The Cask Orkney 15 Year Old single malt scotch whisky from Orkney bottled by A.D Rattray that has been matured in ex-bourbon casks.
This lightly peated single malt is butterscotch gold in colour, non chill filtered, natural colour and bottle at 46%abv.
Nose - Clover honey, Parma violet, ripe peach and wild heather embers.
Palate - Grilled plum, old-fashioned barley sugar, noble hop and caraway.
Finish - prolonged peppery smoke lifted by tart citrus and foraged pine.
