Ben Nevis 12 year old - North Star

A Ben Nevis single cask, bottled as part of the North Star cask series 25. 

This Highland single malt has been matured in an Oloroso Hogshead, distilled in November 2012 then bottled in February 2025. 

This cask gave up just 285 bottles, bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.6%vol, non chill filtered and natural colour.

Nose - Butterscotch soup with freshly baked butterscotch bread. 

Palate - Aniseed balls & liquorice comforts. 

Finish - Nice & long, those old school sherry notes.
