This first fill Oloroso Sherry Butt is part of the North Star Spirits cask series 25.

Distilled in February 2019 and bottle at in February 2025, bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.7%vol, natural colour and non chill filtered.

Palate - Thick hazelwood custard & burnt raspberry.
