This release marks a significant milestone: Adelphi’s first ever American single malt bottling, showcasing an exceptional cask from the renowned Westland Distillery in Seattle.

Distilled in 2017 and matured for 8 years, this bottling comes from a highly active First Fill Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry Butt.

PX sherry is known for imparting incredible richness and dark, sweet fruit flavours, perfectly complementing Westland's complex spirit.

Bottled at a powerful 50.9% ABV, this whisky is described as being full of flavour and texture.

Westland has established a reputation as the "nerdiest distillery" in Seattle due to its obsessive focus on malted barley variations and wood sourcing, resulting in a distinctly flavourful and sophisticated American Single Malt.
