Craigellachie 12 year old - Lady of the Glen

This Speyside single malt, distilled on Jan 20th, 2013, and bottled on Jan 29th, 2025, at a natural cask strength of 60.5%, as part of the Lady of the Glen single cask series.

This whisky is a testament to the influence of exceptional sherry casks a limited bottling of just 332 bottles, this heavy-bodied spirit presents a complex array of fruit, spice, and floral notes.

Its 11 year maturation in a refill oloroso butt was followed by an 18+ month finish in a refill oloroso hogshead, significantly enhancing the layers of dried fruit.

This whisky beautifully marries the influence of two distinct ex-oloroso casks, culminating in a taste experience of cinnamon doughnut, rich fruit cake, and rolling tobacco.
