This exceptional whisky has been matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts, sourced from the renowned Jerez de la Frontera region in Spain.

Bottled on-site at Lindores at their Limited Edition strength of 49.4% ABV, it embodies the craftsmanship, dedication, and rich history that defines Lindores.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Mahogany Nose: Reminiscent of dates, figs, molasse, vanilla cream, chocolate ganache, and hints of cinnamon.

Palate: Charms with soft notes of raisins, date syrup, molasse, and dark chocolate ganache paired with roasted walnuts and spicy cinnamon. Smooth texture.

Finish: Medium to long
